Richardson & Son Ltd has been in business for 125 years because we understand the importance of providing customers with the products and services you need coupled with exceptional levels of customer service. The business principles listed in our Mission Statement, Goals and Company Values reflect the way we conduct our business activities and ultimately create the kind of service our customers expect. The continued success of our business is a direct result of the quality of the people we employ. This is reflected in the pride each employee takes in providing a quality service. We aim to build strong relationships with all employees through open and honest communication. We empower employees to be proactive and train them to make the right decisions.

Our Vision Statement tells us how we want to be now and in the future.

We will be a forward thinking, profitable and customer focused business operating in the fuel and convenience retail sector.

We will always remain true to our family orientated principles.

Mission

Our Mission Statement tells us specifically what we need to do to achieve this Vision.

We will provide our customers with the fuel and convenience products they want, when they want them; delivered with a level of service that proves our ‘best in class’ competence.

We will be efficient, flexible and welcome change so as to grow our existing businesses and acquire new ones in the motor, fuel and convenience retail sectors.

We will challenge and support our employees to be better than yesterday.

We will be an active and trusted partner in the community.
