Keep your distance

In light of the recent Government advice we are asking our customers to be vigilant at all times to keeping a 2-metre distance between yourself and others.  Be patient and give other shoppers space.

Help us help you

Please also respect our employees who are coming into contact with many people everyday and therefore putting themselves at risk.  We know it is frustrating if you are unable to get the products you want but our teams are working tirelessly to get the products into store and on the shelves as quickly as possible.

Don’t touch

We have increased our cleaning schedules significantly but we would ask everyone to limit what you touch in store so try to only pick up the products you are going to purchase.

Where possible please use contactless or apple pay to pay for goods, we recognise this is not possible for transactions over £30 but by reducing the number of people using the card machine we can reduce the likelihood of transmission.

Wash your hands

Please remember the Government advice and wash your hands before and after you visit our store.

If in doubt stay away

If you have been told to self-isolate or your have any symptoms that you are unsure of please respect our employees and other customers and do not visit the store until safe to do so.
